Tuna Triple Layer Sandwiches

Ingredients          
OceanFresh tuna - 1 Tin (425g)    Mayonnaise - 50 ml     
Sliced bread - 3 slices    Tomato - 1 Nos (diced)     
Butter - 10g    Lime     
Mustard cream - 1/2 tspn    Salt     
Onion - 1 Nos    Pepper     
Green chilli - 2 Nos          
Lettuce - 50g          
           
Method
Open the OceanFresh tuna tin & strain the oil. Mash the OceanFresh tuna & mix with onion, tomato dice, green chilli, mayonnaise, salt, pepper & lime juice.

Apply the mustard butter on bread & arrange the lettuce & OceanFresh mixture. Make three layers by using the same method. Cut the sandwiches & arrange on a plate.

Tuna Submarine

Ingredients          
OceanFresh tuna - 1/2 Tin (185g)    Mayonnaise - 50 ml     
French bread - 1/4    Tomato - 1 Nos     
Butter - 10g    Spring onion - 2 Nos     
Mustard cream - 1/2 tspn    Salt     
Onion - 1 Nos    Pepper     
Green chilli - 2 Nos          
Lettuce - 50g          
           
Method
Mix butter with mustard cream, salt & pepper. Divide the French bread & apply the seasoned butter.

Open the OceanFresh tuna tin & strain the oil & season with green chilli, onion, tomato, lettuce, spring onion, salt & pepper. Mix with mayonnaise.

Arrange tomato, lettuce & OceanFresh tuna mixture on the bottom part of the French bread. Cover with top side & serve with tomato sauce.

Tuna Pancake Roll

Ingredients - Pancake batter Ingredients - Stuffing
Flour - 300g OceanFresh Tuna - 1 Tin (425g)
Eggs - 10 Nos Spring onion - 50g
Milk - 1 ltr Onion 50g
Corn oil - 200ml Green chilli 3 Nos
Salt - 5g Lettuce 150g
  Lime - 1 Nos
  Mayonnaise 100g
  Tomato 100g
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
 
Method -

Mix the flour, eggs, milk, oil, corn oil, salt & make the batter. Using a non-stick pan make thick pancakes.

Make the stuffing by using OceanFresh tuna, green chilli, onion, spring onion, lettuce, tomato & mayonnaise. Season with salt & pepper.

Wrap with the pancake & cut into pieces.

Tuna Chinese Roll

Ingredients - Pancake batter Ingredients - Filling  
Flour - 300g OceanFresh Tuna - 1 Tin (425g)  
Eggs - 10 Nos Potato - 500g  
Milk - 1 ltr Ginger - 10g  
Corn oil - 200ml Onion - 100g  
Salt - 5g Garlic - 25g  
  Cinnamon - pinch of powder  
  Lime - 2 Nos, Salt & Pepper  
  Cardamom - pinch of powder  
  Spices  
  Chilli powder - 50g  
  Tumaric powder - 1 tspn  
  Curry powder - 2 tspn  
  Bread crumbs - 500g  
  Eggs - 3 Nos  
  Frying oil - 1 ltr  
Method - Pancake batter

Mix flour, eggs, milk, corn oil & salt & make the batter. Using a non-stick pan make thick pancakes.

Method - Filling

Saute onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, cinnamon, cardamom & curry leaves. Add chilli powder, tumeric powder, curry powder & saute for a while. Put the tuna mixture into it. Cook for a little while with a low fire.

Put mashed potato & mix well. Put a little lime juice for seasoning. Stuff the pancake with the filling & make the roll. Egg wash & cover with bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil (180c).

Tuna Tortilla Roll

Ingredients    
OceanFresh tuna - 1 Tin (425g) Black olives - 8 Nos  
Tortilla bread - 4 Nos Lime - 1 Nos  
Butter - 10g Mayonnaise - 100g  
Spring onion - 50g Tomato - 100g  
Onion - 50g Pepper - to taste  
Green chillie - 3 Nos Salt - to taste  
Lettuce - 150g    
     
Method

Make the stuffing by mixing OceanFresh tuna, spring onion, onion, green chilli, black olives, lime juice & tomato with mayonnaise.

Apply seasoned butter on tortilla wrap. Put shredded lettuce & OceanFresh tuna stuffing & roll it tightly. Cut the tortilla roll & serve.

Tuna Toast on Tomato ketchup

Ingredients    
OceanFresh tuna - 1/2 Tin (185g)    
Bread - 2 slices    
Butter - 10g    
Tomato sauce / ketchup - 100ml    
Green chilli - 2 Nos    
Salt    
Pepper    
     
Method

Cut the sliced bread into 8 triangular pieces. Toast in the oven or non-stick pan. Apply seasoning butter.

Open OceanFresh tuna tin & strain the oil. Arrange the shredded tuna on top of the toast bread with green chilli, tomato sauce/ketchup & season it.

Put into the oven (180c for 10 minutes) Serve while still hot.

Tuna Timbale

Ingredients  
OceanFresh Tuna - 1/2 Tin (half of 425g) Lettuce - 25g
Onion - 1 Nos Mayonnaise - 2 Tbspn
Spring onion - 1 Nos Chilli powder - pinch
Green cucumber - 2 Nos Salt
Tomato sauce - 1 Tspn Pepper
Tomato Dice - 20g Pickled ginger - 4 slices
Green chilli - 1 Nos  
   
Method

Strain the OceanFresh tuna & mix with chopped onion, spring onion, tomato sauce, tomato dice, chilli powder, green chilli, shredded lettuce & mayonnaise.

Take the timable with the mould. Remove the mould & arrange on a plate. Place cucumber rings & pickled ginger on top.

Make the sauce by using mayonnaise & tomato sauce. Put the sauce separately.

Ingredients    
OceanFresh tuna - 1 Tin (425g) Salt  
Cucumber dice - 400g Pepper  
Onion rings - 200g Lime  
Lettuce - 500g    
Black olives - 50g    
Spring onions - 150g    
Vinaigrette sauce - 50ml    
     
Method

Open the OceanFresh tuna tin & strain the oil. Mix cucumber dice, onion rings, lettuce, black olives, spring onions with Vinaigrette sauce.

Arrange the mixture in a bowl. Finally top the mixture with shredded OceanFresh tuna.
